Services & quotes

Package prices listed on this site match the online booking system for standard-condition vehicles. Add-ons (pet hair, stains, headlight restoration, engine bay, paint correction) and oversized or heavily soiled vehicles are quoted before work begins. You approve the final scope before any work starts.

Appointments & cancellation

No deposit is required. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment carry a $50 fee, consistent with the booking system policy. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by us is always free.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is completed and you've walked around the vehicle. Ask about current accepted payment methods when booking.

Vehicle condition & liability

Please remove valuables and personal documents before service. Pre-existing damage (scratches through the clear coat, torn upholstery, faded trim, loose parts) is noted before work begins and photographed where relevant. Detailing restores and protects surfaces — it cannot repair pre-existing damage, and results on heavily worn surfaces are assessed honestly rather than guaranteed.

Satisfaction

If something was missed, say so at pickup or within 24 hours and it will be made right. Direct, honest communication is the whole business model.
